We are a full service small animal and pocket pet veterinary clinic that offers a wide variety of services such as boarding, surgery, dentals, hospitalization, radiology, ultrasonography, and much more! We recently moved to a brand new state of the art facility that has six exam rooms (one is a feline only room), a comfort room, surgical suite, dental suite, new boarding facility, and much more!

Customer Service Representative

Our Customer Service Representatives are the friendly faces you see as soon as you walk in our front door! They perform an array of duties such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, communicating with clients, record keeping, clerical tasks related to patient care and treatment.

Kennel Assistant

Looking for a job that allows you a flexible schedule? Look no further! Our kennel assistant are responsible for caring for our boarding patients in the mornings and evenings! They get to not only feed and water but also, walk, play with, and love on the pets staying with us! Our kennel staff play a vital role in ensuring that our boarders are staying healthy and not acting out of the ordinary while in our care! If anything happens, they alert our veterinarians right away to ensure the safety and health of the boarders!

Veterinary Assistant

Love animals and want to do more than just play with puppies and kittens all day? Here at Companion’s Choice Animal Hospital, we rely heavily on the skills of our veterinary assistants because we utilize them to their fullest potential! A veterinary assistant provides direct support to our veterinarians as well as our licensed veterinary technicians. Not only do they hold patients but they also obtain laboratory samples, provide client communication, maintain and run our laboratory equipment, assist in radiology, aid in surgical monitoring and prep, treat hospitalized patients, and much, much more!

Licensed Veterinary Technician

Have your license and want to put it to good use? Our licensed veterinary technicians use the skills and expertise on a daily basis. They are responsible for not only patient care but assisting the doctors to the fullest possible extent. Our LVT’s improve the quality of care given to the patients by assisting with physical examinations, dental procedures, surgeries, immunizations, euthanasia, as well as client education and marketing.

Internship/Externship

Are you currently in school to become a LVT or DVM? We would LOVE to have you for your internship/externship! We want you to get the most out of your experience and can help create a hands-on experience, depending upon where you are at in your classes and the time of year for your internship/externship.

Position type and expected hours of work: 

  • Full Time or Part Time
  • 9-hour Shifts Monday – Friday (full time work 4 days per week)
  • Weekend shifts required
  • Overtime may be required

Education and Experience: 

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Veterinary experience preferred
